Thanks to the strength of its network composed of 11 territorial MEDEF offices and 26 professional branches, as well as the support of solid partners, it supports, represents, and trains each year more than 2,500 companies of all sizes and across all sectors of activity in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
Supporting companies on issues related to professional equality, risk prevention, as well as occupational health and safety
MEDEF Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes benefits from strong expertise in supporting companies on issues related to professional equality, risk prevention, as well as occupational health and safety. Through its service offering, it helps employers understand the challenges they may face and provides them with practical tools to reduce risks and, more broadly, to improve well-being in the workplace.
It also offers support mechanisms for managing sensitive situations, particularly those related to the inclusion of neurodivergent individuals in the labor market, as well as resources aimed at strengthening quality of life at work, social dialogue, and the protection of employees’ health. All these actions rely on a participatory approach: through workshops, webinars, and dedicated tools, it proactively engages companies, thus fostering the sharing of good practices and the dissemination of innovative approaches.
As a regional employers’ organization, it brings to the partnership in-depth knowledge of the field, privileged access to companies of all sizes, and the ability to activate its network in order to promote sustainable, responsible, and value-creating practices.
A strong commitment to gender equality
A concrete example of its commitment to gender equality lies in its leadership of the European cooperation project Empowering M-Women in Industry, an Erasmus+ initiative dedicated to strengthening the role of millennial women within the European industrial sector. The project aims to provide young women, regardless of their professional situation, with empowerment tools through a mentoring programme, as well as structured development of leadership skills and self-confidence to support their advancement in industrial careers.
One of the project’s innovative pillars is the implementation of a certification pathway that enables official European-level recognition of the skills acquired by participants upon completion.
This initiative has reinforced its belief that improving workplace culture and inclusiveness requires close cooperation among stakeholders, evidence-based approaches, and strong commitment from employers. It has also enabled it to support women in developing their career paths and contribute to the creation of more equitable and inclusive working environments.

Why Grapes of Change?
Grapes of Change brings together stakeholders who are convinced that gender equality and equality in the workplace are crucial issues for the well-being of workers. To achieve a more equitable and equal world of work, collective action is essential. MEDEF Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes joined this partnership to support companies in strengthening their organisational culture and to contribute to the creation of environments based on respect and equality for all.
Strengthening the workplace culture by promoting inclusion and gender equality
MEDEF Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes aims to support vineyards and companies in the wine sector in strengthening their workplace culture by promoting inclusion and gender equality. By reinforcing prevention and awareness-raising measures, these companies can develop professional environments based on gender parity and implement more equitable human resources management practices, to the benefit of their teams and, more broadly, the entire sector.
