They launched a comprehensive Gender Equity Research and Toolkit. Grounded in sector-specific research and practical guidance, it is designed to help businesses of the wine industry of all sizes improve gender diversity and inclusion.
At its core, the resource is free and online, offering evidence-based strategies and actionable steps that businesses can implement regardless of their current position on equity. The guidance covers four major areas: Attraction and recruitment; Inclusive retention practices; Cultural change; Organisational assessment and benchmarking
The Toolkit also includes templates—such as pay equity analysis tools, recruitment tracking sheets, and flexible work trackers—that organisations can tailor to their own scale and structure.
