How can collective bargaining help prevent gender-based violence, promote equal pay and support women in rural employment?

To exchange on the role of collective bargaining in advancing gender equality, the Grapes of Change partners are organising a Transnational Policy Roundtable. The event will bring together stakeholders from across Europe to share experiences, discuss challenges and explore practical approaches to integrating gender-based violence and harassment protections, equal pay and salary transparency, as well as working-time flexibility and parenting measures into collective agreements.

The event will take place in two sessions. Following a transnational discussion, participants will continue the exchange in country-specific virtual breakout sessions, providing an opportunity to explore national challenges, share good practices and identify opportunities for action.
