The first Greek National Workshop of Grapes of Change will take place in Santorini as part of Hearth Summit Aegean 2026, bringing together wine professionals and stakeholders to explore the changes shaping the wine sector and the role of inclusion, women’s leadership and best practices in creating a more resilient and future-ready industry.
The workshop will combine experiential learning, networking and facilitated dialogue, connecting Santorini’s wine landscape with discussions around sustainability, labour conditions, innovation, generational change and workplace culture.
The core session, “Sector in Transition – Inclusion and Best Practices”, will explore the barriers women face in the wine sector, what safer and more inclusive workplaces look like in practice, and which tools, policies and collective actions can support women to participate, lead and thrive.
