The workshop “Raíces del cambio – La inclusión como motor del sector vitivinícola” will focus on inclusion as a driving force in the wine sector.

It will not be just a training session but also a meeting point for the women who are the backbone of the wine industry: women farmers. The workshop aims to recognise the historical value of their work in this field and provide practical tools to ensure that their voice carries as much weight as their efforts in decision-making, cooperatives and land management.

This proposal seeks to highlight the role of women in the wine sector, identify the barriers that hinder their participation and leadership, and work on concrete solutions to promote greater inclusion and participation in decision-making spaces.
