The Grapes of Change Community brings together wineries, cooperatives, workers, HR managers and sector organisations in the wine sector across Europe, committed to build a safer, fairer and stronger wine sector together.
The Community is built around a set of shared principles:
- Promoting safe, respectful and inclusive workplaces
- Encouraging shared responsibility among businesses, workers, civil society and public institutions
- Developing practical, evidence-based solutions tailored to the realities of organisations operating in the wine sector
- Acting with confidentiality, proportionality and ethical responsibility
- Promoting continuous improvement rather than one-off compliance

Connect
Participate in networking events, national workshops and European exchanges to meet other wineries, experts and support organisations, and to help shape recommendations for the sector.
Learn
Attend practical training and discover learning tools designed for the wine sector: training based on the internationally recognised 5D bystander-intervention method, and an interactive Serious Game built on real-life scenarios that encourage discussion and practical decision-making.
Improve
Test ready-to-use HR tools: internal policy templates, Gender Equality Plan guidance and practical resources for SMEs, and recognition of the actions you have already put in place, through the Grapes of Change Quality Label.
Contribute
Help shape the European Observatory on equality, workplace wellbeing and inclusion in the wine sector by sharing your experience, your needs and your good practices.
Your journey with Grapes of Change
There is no straight path through the Grapes of Change community, and no mandatory activity. Joining is as simple as filling in the form, and from there, you can engage with the community in your own way, at your own pace.
As a member of the Community, you may be contacted throughout the project and invited to participate in a range of Grapes of Change activities, including research initiatives, dissemination actions, training events, testing of project tools and opportunities for peer exchange.
Participation in every activity is entirely voluntary. Each invitation will provide all the necessary information, and organisations will always be free to decide whether or not to take part.
