JOIN THE GRAPES OF CHANGE COMMUNITY

What is the Grapes of Change Community?

The Grapes of Change Community brings together wineries, cooperatives, business organisations and other stakeholders from the wine sector committed to promoting safer, more inclusive and more respectful workplaces.

The Community is built around a set of shared principles:

Promoting safe, respectful and inclusive workplaces.

Encouraging shared responsibility among businesses, workers, civil society and public institutions.

Developing practical, evidence-based solutions tailored to the realities of organisations operating in the wine sector.

Acting with confidentiality, proportionality and ethical responsibility.

Promoting continuous improvement rather than one-off compliance.

Why join the Grapes of Change Community?

Joining the Community means becoming part of a European network of organisations committed to promoting safer, more inclusive and more respectful workplaces across the wine sector. It also provides an opportunity to engage in a shared journey of learning, exchange and continuous improvement alongside organisations from across Europe.

Contribute to sector knowledge.

Participate in surveys, interviews and other research activities carried out through the Grapes of Change Observatory, helping to build a valuable knowledge base for the European wine sector.

Access training and networking opportunities.

Take part in workshops, training activities, events and networking opportunities focusing on inclusion, gender equality and workplace wellbeing.

Share experiences and access practical resources.

Exchange good practices with other organisations and benefit from the tools, resources and updates developed through the project.

Start a pathway towards the Grapes of Change Quality Label.

With the support of the project partnership, become familiar with the Grapes of Change Quality Label and progressively assess your organisation’s readiness to obtain this recognition.

How does it work?

Organisations joining the Community may be contacted throughout the project and invited to participate in a range of Grapes of Change activities, including research initiatives, dissemination actions, training events, testing of project tools and opportunities for peer exchange.

Participation in every activity is entirely voluntary. Each invitation will provide all the necessary information, and organisations will always be free to decide whether or not to take part.

Participation in Community activities may also represent the first step in a continuous improvement journey. Organisations that develop practices aligned with the project criteria may, with the support of the partnership, consider applying for the Grapes of Change Quality Label as recognition of their commitment.
