Surveys now open: help us build a stronger evidence base for gender equality in the wine sector

What are the realities of gender equality, discrimination, and harassment across the wine sector? We want to hear from those who know it best: the people and organisations working in and around wine.

As part of the Grapes of Change Observatory, we are building an evidence base to better understand gender equality across the wine sector and support meaningful change. To do this, we have launched two surveys, now open to organisations and individuals working or studying in the sector.

The insights collected through these surveys will help us strengthen the evidence base, inform national reports, and enrich the Observatory’s public platform with perspectives and experiences from across the sector.

Both surveys are available in eight languages, allowing you to respond in the language you prefer.

The surveys are now open — take part and help us better understand the realities of the wine sector and shape the actions needed for a more equal and inclusive future.
